Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: See below Free Shipping.

Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all international orders if you meet below criteria:

  • Japan, South Korea, Order Amount equals to or over USD2999 or equivalent value in local currencies.
  • United States of America, Canada, Order Amount equals to or over USD3699 or equivalent value in local currencies.
  • Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam: Order Amount equals to or over USD2699 or equivalent value in local currencies.
  • Australia, Order Amount equals to or over USD3999 or equivalent value in local currencies.
  • UAE, Order Amount equals to or over USD4999 or equivalent value in local currencies.
  • United Kingdom, Order Amount equals to or over USD4199 or equivalent value in local currencies.

Otherwise, a flat shipping rate will be needed for the goods you purchase.

  • Flat Shipping Rate

If order amount is not meet above Free-shipping criteria, a fixed shipping rate will occur, you may view the exact shipping rate cost at the “CHECKOUT” page.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. The free-shipping orders are only shipped by sea.

  • Expedited Shipping

If you need expedited shipping on your order, please contact our team at info@bagnolusso.com. Our team is able to assist you on such matter.

Note: We will only charge the extra fee (the difference between usual shipping and expedited shipping) for expedited shipping based on usual sea shipping cost.

  • In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is currently NOT available for all purchases.

*Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY LEAD TIME?

For the stocked items, we are able to ship out within 7 days upon the receipt of your order. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

You may calculate the estimated arrival date to your address as below (Based on flat rate or free shipping sea shipping):

  • US/Canada: 7 (order preparation) + 21 (sea shipping) + 7 (Customs handling) = 35 days.
  • Japan/Korea: 7 (order preparation) + 7 (sea shipping) + 7 (Customs handling) = 21 days.
  • Singapore/Vietnam/Thailand: 7 (order preparation) + 5 (sea shipping) + 7 (Customs handling) = 19 days.
  • Australia: 7 (order preparation) + 15 (sea shipping) + 7 (Customs handling) = 29 days.
  • UAE: 7 (order preparation) + 15 (sea shipping) + 7 (Customs handling) = 29 days.
  • UK: US/Canada: 7 (order preparation) + 21 (sea shipping) + 7 (Customs handling) = 35 days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
